Babymetal Announce North American Tour
Babymetal confirmed a fall North American run from August 30 through October 3, with Halestorm and Violent Vira providing support across the headline dates. The trek kicks off with a San Diego support slot before the headline portion begins September 2 in Denver.
Muse Announce The Wow! Signal Tour
Muse announced their 2026 North American summer tour, The Wow! Signal Tour, supporting their new album The Wow! Signal due June 26. Bloc Party and The Temper Trap support the July dates, with Portugal. The Man and The Temper Trap joining for the August leg. The tour runs July 5 through August 31.
Bumbershoot 2026 Lineup Drops with Turnstile and Death Cab Co-Headlining
Seattle's long-running Bumbershoot festival returns September 5 and 6 at the Seattle Center, with Turnstile and Death Cab for Cutie sharing top billing. Japanese Breakfast, Blood Orange, Die Spitz, Bikini Kill, Yves Tumor, and Orville Peck round out a lineup that bridges hardcore, indie, and alternative.

Bo Lueders of Harm's Way Dead
Bo Lueders, guitarist for Chicago metallic hardcore band Harm's Way and co-host of the HardLore podcast, died on April 2. Lueders was a respected figure in the heavy hardcore scene both as a player and as a podcaster who helped document touring life for a generation of bands. Cause of death was not disclosed.
